All orders placed with Shoppe Kindred are processed, packed and shipped from our store in Comox, BC. We strive to ship your order within 3 business days from receipt. However, if you have special shipping instructions, please email us directly at hello@shoppekindred.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Not all items qualify for shipping. Heavy or large items are available for in-store pick up only and may not qualify for flat rate or complimentary shipping offers. Once shipped we will email you a notification and provide you with the tracking information.

Orders are processed using Canada Post Expedited Shipping and we cannot guarantee the timeline for delivery although in most cases your order will be delivered between 7-14 business days.
Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and you may be charged upon arrival.
IN-STORE PICK UP - FREE
Orders placed within the Comox Valley for in-store pick up will be available during regular business hours. Shoppe Kindred will confirm with the customer when the orders are ready for pick-up. Proof of purchase and photo ID are required when picking up orders.
